 This is a collection of various visual elements and experiences that went into the rebranding and program redesign of Overstock’s Loyalty Program. This is a small taste of a year’s worth of work.

Benefits Marketing Page

This is the first two sections of the Club O marketing benefits page. The goal of this page is to drive sign-ups by highlighting the benefits of the program. All illustrative work and visuals done by me.


Customer Dashboard

This is one of the primary experiences that customers would interact with when visiting their Club O rewards dashboard. The black and red icon set was developed specifically for the Club O rebrand by me.


Program Tiers Explorations

These were just some of the initial Club O phase 2 visual explorations into how we might help customers understand the tier system and gamify the experience.


Reward Badges

These were designs for an experience that would allow customers to earn badges for completing various tasks. The idea was to promote more returns to the site to shop and interact with the loyalty program.
